安裝程序 Seirios RNS

1. 此安裝步驟的目標為，安裝Seirios，且準備catkin_ws，並新建合適的docker-compose.yaml檔案。

2. 和上述的終端機相同，請執行該指令bash install-2-seirios.sh。

3. 等待其安裝程序完成。

4. 安裝後，請重新開機。

The script install_2.sh will not overwrite existing files in /home/catkin_ws , and will maintain backups of configuration files for safekeeping
